Terrific law firm

Karen Rozanski is a HORRIBLE representation of the company. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL very nasty with clients and even hangs up on people very agitated with clients who are seeking out questions and or concerns. BEWARE

Mr. Richards was very experienced and handled my matter very well; I was very satisfied and would recommend him to others and would use him again myself.

Disclaimer: This review is strictly pertaining to my experience and mine alone. My experience was so off-putting that I did not even bother retaining this firm. This firm is severely lacking organization. You will be scheduled to speak to someone at one time only to have it cancelled without being offered any alternative times - you have to hound the firm to get a meeting rescheduled. I worked mostly with Karen Rozanski who often needed reminders to stay on task. I spoke to Peter Fish, Esq who seemed knowledgeable overall. Generally speaking, I hardly received any communications regarding updates or progress on my matter. I emailed Karen and was met with an automatic reply stating she was out of the office. Approximately, 10 days of not hearing anything from the firm, I called the main office and spoke to Carol. Carol spent significant time talking over me and simply had a rude disposition overall. She alleged her firm had tried to contact me, but I never received a single voicemail. She went on further making biting comments until I finally confronted her. I asked her to verify the phone number she called, but she was unable to do so. I indicated to her that her behavior was highly unprofessional and I would be taking my business elsewhere. I'm glad others have had a positive experience with this firm, but if their lack of organization, poor communication, and rude staff are a reflection of their knowledge & application of the law, then I suggest to stay far away!

Travis Richard is the best. He has represented us twice at zoning boards, in sales of properties both businesses and personal and he has never lost!

Their website was misleading, they state they handle landlord/tenant issues, however, their website does not state that they ONLY represent landlords. This would be helpful information to know prior to people wasting their precious time.

Everyone is so amazing and they are so professional.
