Declined to take my case without providing any explanation, they did not answer basic questions but just sent back a standard email full of lawyer's jargon. So I'll rate it a one star experience for wasting my time and lackluster response.

Despite info on net that suggests they handle medical cases, THEY DO NOT! They should make sure their internet representations are much clearer so as to help people not waste their time! So, only 1 star for this irritated potential client.

My husband was in a horrible e-bike accident. After surgery and spending 5 days in the hospital, we reviewed the photos from the scene. After analyzing the pictures and inspecting the e-bike, we realized it must have malfunctioned. A friend, who’s an attorney referred us to Geoff Wells, a partner with Green Broillet & Wheeler. From day one, Geoff and his team were professional, communicative, responsive, and compassionate. A specialist was sent right away to pick up both e-bikes, so an engineer could analyze them. I had the same model, so they wanted to compare the two. It was determined my husband’s bike malfunctioned. GB&W is a Los Angeles based firm, but we live, and the accident occurred in San Diego. Geoff and/or his colleague drove down to SD multiple times throughout the case. Geoff thoroughly prepped us the day before arbitration and mediation.
