We are very disappointed in the trust written up by Mr. Hawkins for my parents 6 months before my mother passed away. He created a trust that deviated so far from two previous trusts that showed my parents consist desire to have 2 of their children over the trust once they passed or became incapacitated. He advised against that and insisted that there only be one trustee which has created a situation where there is confusion & contention in the family. Three other estate attorneys who have read the trust agreed it was poorly written. The advise Mr. Hawkins has given the sibling over the trust has fostered an irreparable divide in the family and caused litigation to get proper care for my father when my mother passed. Mr. Hawkins mislead my parents - they were in decline when they met with him and he was not helpful when we reached out to seek understanding of the trust documents after my mother passed. We are heartbroken.

The trust he created for my parents was poorly written and Greg doesn’t listen to concerns or answer questions. My parents were misled about their Trust and put into place provisions that have caused so much grief for my surviving father.

We had Gregory preform and deliver a family trust that was exactly what we wanted and needed. I HIGHLY recommended him for his service.
Greg has helped us with a family trust and also a special needs trust for our child. Very knowledgeable and we love the services he provides our family and others.
Mr. Hawkins was very professional and explained why we needed to update our trust. He gave us several good pointers and an explanation of what we needed to do after leaving his office. He also offered us further help on the phone if we needed it.
Zeroed in on our issues and created a simpler plan to address all of our concerns. Easy to work with. Upfront regarding costs.
Helpful, clear and made me feel safe with my choices.
It was great to have Greg do our Trust. He made it simple to understand. Thanks
Easy and quick
The experience we have had over several years with Greg P. Hawkins has been eye-opening. He has helped us with decisions that were difficult. I highly recommend him!
We went to one of Greg's seminars and learned a lot. We booked an appointment with him and went to his office in Boise. He asked us questions and a couple weeks later he came to our house (I had knee replacement surgery 3 days prior to our appointment and wasn't able to go to the office) and we have a great binder that has everything we need. Very quick and easy!
As a CPA I’ve been really impressed with Greg’s estate plans. He is highly competent and takes the time to listen to his clients. He genuinely cares about them and wants to make sure their wishes are addressed beyond just their legal documents. Highly recommend Greg and his team.
Very knowledgeable and polite. Efficient and didn't waste time.
Gregory Hawkins is focused and professional. He knows his business and is very thorough. I highly recommend him for your living family trust.
