Gregory Files prepared my will, an advanced directive and a durable power of attorney. He was very thorough in gathering necessary information during our initial meeting, took the time to understand my intentions and to make me aware of important estate related issues. I received a draft in the mail to the scheduled commitment. I proof read the documents and found no errors or omissions, and all of my considerations were properly represented. The office legal/administrative assistant, Kristine, was very accommodating is scheduling meetings, and timely in responses to emailed or phone call questions. I would describe the personnel demeanor as professionally pleasant, helpful and patient. Which helps a great deal in these types of matters. The fee was very reasonable, so I anticipate utilizing their services in the future. Nice people.

Greg is a bright guy, and capable. I went to high school with him 40 years ago recalled that he had more maturity than others, so when I needed an attorney I was relieved that he was available. He is down to earth, respectful and experienced, and inspires trust. I know that whatever he is billing is fair because I know his ethics. Funny, I never even considered calling another attorney once I knew he was out there. When you can meet with an attorney and just don't even need to think about it, it lifts a great weight from your mind.

Good lawyer if you are dealing with a bad landlord.
