Jelena was great. If I could give her 10 stars I would. Given my situation was traumatic, Jelena met me with care and compassion. I can't thank her enough.

I chose this lawfirm because of the high ratings but Nichole and her team turned into nothing but a nightmare for me! Her and her team did nothing for me in my divorce except take my money and negotiate my surrender! She and her team failed to catch a very expensive addition to the divorce negotiations that cost me everything. They played it off as if it was my fault for not catching it. What's the point in hiring a lawyer if you have to read and understand legal stuff? Even after Nichole admitted they made a mistake, she did nothing to fix it, just excuses. What little I was supposed to get out of the divorce she guaranteed I lost it all due to her gross incompetence! Please do not use this lawfirm if you need a divorce attorney, guaranteed you'll not get the best representation! I'm still considering filing a complaint with the State Bar. UPDATE... Since this review was posted, I was offered a full refund...

The greatest lawyer around, she responds promptly and handles everything that needs to be done. If you need a lawyer, Nicole Griese is the person to choose. Nicole was the best attorney ever! We originally hired someone else at another law office and they were awful and wanted 20K upfront to do things the way that we wanted. Nicole was so sweet and apologetic for our experience else where. She understood exactly what we were wanting (petition to adopt), agreed to take on our case last minute and didn't make us feel less/that what we were asking for was such an issue. We had an EXTREMELY tough case custody case that was mentally exhausting and made my spouse and I so nervous, anxious and on edge. We were always sending emails and making phone calls to the firm. Nicole and her team's (typically Shiela and Rose) manner and tone with us was ALWAYS very calm, understanding, compassionate and patient! Nicole always made me feel less anxious about our process when I'd get frantic. Prior to and upon hearings and trial Nicole was prepared, knowledgeable and ready to fight for us. Nicole helped us win what felt like to us a losing, never ending battle (as foster parents)! We were/are more than pleased with Nicole and will forever be greatful that we were led to her! Our son will forever be ours because of Nicole and her team. Nicole is bold but yet has a heart of gold which is the foundation that she built this firm off of! I would NOT ever use anyone else or recommend anyone other than the best at Griese Law Firm.
