Ive spent a bit of time through my life looking up at a judge. Bruce & Gage Griffin both put my mind at ease through the entire process. Ryan handled my criminal speeding case with great care and got it dismissed. I was cited for driving 101 mph in a 65 mph zone, and given how serious that is, it is extremely rare for a criminal charge at that speed to be reduced, let alone dismissed. Ryan strategically negotiated with the prosecutor and helped resolve the case simply by completing a Defensive Driving School. As an international student on F1 visa, I was very anxious about how a criminal charge could affect my status. I talked to Ryan about these concerns and probably sounded pushy at times, but he was always responsive, professional, and reassuring. The best lawyer team you can find in Arizona, Was really good and professional on their part of dismissing my case. ( i did my payment and about 2 months later I got email saying case closed and dismissed, and you don’t have to show up to court)

This law firm will leave you in the dark with unanswered questions when it’s not a high profile case or high dollar case for them to take on. I personally had several questions unanswered, promises of documents and due diligence being provided fall through from the lawyers end. Taking the easy way out of cases they see low profile and won’t even respond to email inquiries with cases you ask for consultation on. Look else where if you are truly aiming to help yourself and your situation.

Ian returned my call immediately and told me exactly what to do and what to anticipate. I was very scared, confused, and I had never been in trouble. It was nice i had someone more knowledgeable than I was, and that he went to court for me and I didn't have to, but he wasn't aware of the consequence of me pleading guilty to a very serious driving violation, which ended in taking my license for a whole year, lots of classes I couldn't afford and because i couldn't drive I had to take a huge pay cut to work a boring job from home. That's why I hired him. I didn't want to loose my license. I had lots of proof that i thought would back my innocence. I don't wanna get too personal on a public platform, but if you want to know the specifics you may contact me. I regret hiring him and that's something i have to live with and the same goes for excepting my part of this. It really sucked!

I am writing this review to share my experience with Griffen & Stevens Law Firm. While the front office was very courteous and pleasant to deal with, the majority of my interaction was with my lawyer Ian Schilfgaarde. Ian represented me in a recent DUI case that I was charged with out of Navajo County. I am both satisfied and impressed with the level of representation I received. Ian definitely did his very best to take care of any issue we were confronted with in a timely manner, demonstrating his knowledge and experience. He often inspired me to be more proactive in my defense and valued my input. He handled my case with the utmost professionalism and I felt he had my best interest at heart.
