I used them for my parents estate started back in 2019 or 2021 here it is 2025 finally everything is done and over I've had to go to the BBB which they never responded back to and the bar association to get things moving faster so I thought they are not professional not one phone call back I've done more calling them to get answers then they have called me which was absolutely zero I would never ever use them again if I had the chance too..

I contacted this firm to discuss utilizing their services for potential litigation. I spoke with Attorney Michael Scheib regarding my potential case. He asked me a question that I answered in detail, in which he cut me off by saying "stop talking". He talked for a few moments and asked a second question, I answered as simple as possible, in which he rudely intrupted the last word and said once again, "stop talking". No human-being should ever speak to someone like this, especially if they asked a question and in a situation that a person would be paying for their services. I ended the conversation and made sure he knew that I would never utilize their services. Update to their response - had Mr Scheib listened instead of telling me to "stop talking" he would know that I was only seeking advise to find out if I needed legal aid or if it was null-and-void. After speaking with him, I was able to speak to another firm who answered my questions without issue in a timely manner. I never asked to file suit nor did I want to. Mr Scheib never said he did not want to be involved, he continued to ask questions regarding the situation, so I was in no way upset about his lack of interest in the situation because that was never indicated.

If your looking for a firm that likes to maximize their billing. Then this is the firm for you. Lots of bills and few results.
