Grinde & Dicke Law Firm P.A.

My spouse and I went to Grinde and Dicke and all the staff were very helpful and thoughtful. We were helped on two separate occasions that were part of the same matter and both times they have been extremely helpful in solving the problems that we were having. First we were dealing with big banks Triad FS and StarUSA that are nowhere near Minnesota and these lenders would not work with us or with each other to redeliver our lien release to the correct address as requested on numerous accounts. We later had a time where they outright refused to do it. After long waits on hold and being passed back and forth between the two for literally almost two months, empty promises, etc., Mark Mickow resolved that issue within a short amount of time. Once the title got fixed as a result by removing StarUSA as rightfully so then we had the next challenge waiting with this difficult buyer refusing to sign the title was next.... Morgan Muenster saved our reputations, our credit, and literally our lives at that point. The mobile home we sold several months ago that still sits vacant due to buyer's refusal to progress forward on her part of the deal with us or with the park that owns that land, even after paying in full... she almost pushed our small struggling family into a wrongful eviction and potentially worse consequences. We had to cover the lot rent for her over the months since she would not do the transfer with us even though she has been accepted into the park already by starting her rental application. She just didn'twant to finish it. Her failing to do that kept us on the hook for her while we are responsible for our mortgage at our new house. We moved out of there last summer end of July, but she was willing to sign a bill of sale. The trouble with a simple title transfer has finally been resolved and at that point I could then legally leave her keys with the park and then notify her of her property being there with them so she can deal with her responsibilities as the only home-buyer in history who, in the end, ghosted everyone she was supposed to be in contact with. Eight long months have finally lapsed putting that adventure to a close. Thank you Morgan, Brittany, Mark, and anyone else who played a part in helping us out of the biggest struggle we have ever experienced in doing business. It was definitely a new one to us, too.

They may be great lawyers but they people you have to talk to to get yo them are less than helpful

This was my 3rd law firm in my divorce, and they were able to get it done in a couple of months, what 2 other firms had drawn out for years!

We reached out to Grinde and Dicke after waiting a few days from the title company to see if they could help us with a quit claim transfer on one of our properties. We called them and they had it documented and ready a day later for us. Still haven’t heard back from the title company. Thank you Mark and team for all your all work on this!

One star is too much for Mr. Grinde. I went to him after a referral from an inexperienced attorney. I met with Mr. Grinde and he acted like he could help me. In the end he took over $4k from me and never understood my case until we were in mediation and then he started writing things down. He made me sit in mediation over four hours so he could collect for his time (even had to pay his time for traveling to the mediator's office which should have been under 10 minutes). He was worthless! He has sold his business and hopefully will not be collecting more money from people he does not plan to help!

Highly recommend this law firm!! They went above and beyond to help me through my divorce and custody case. Mrs. Dicke and her team were true professionals.

Terrible! No transparency! Rude, unethical, no in-person visits, Grinde charges unheard of fees and won't return written or verbal correspondence. Has his unlicensed receptionist and paralegals do his dirty work!++!!! Then refuses correspondence and cries abuse accusations by his staff!+!!! Milked our estate using the pandemic excuse to charge thousands of un reported or earned fees!++!!!++! This law firm is the bottom of the toilet bowl!+!!!!!! 😞😓😩😤😡😠

Kris was absolutely great! The staff was always friendly and helpful..she helped guide me through the paperwork to establish my joint custody. It made life easier and much more certain.. I just enjoy my time with my son instead of worrying about it. Highly recommend these guys!

Absolutely little to no help. Ended my phone call with attorney same as I started, feeling alone with no one to help me in my case of invasion of privacy. The receptionist TOLD me over the phone that attorney would be able to help me, am very disappointed and left feeling no one can help me. Huge waste of time.

I was so grateful to have the help of Kris Dicke and her staff during an extremely difficult time in my life. They were compassionate, professional, and tough when needed. I continue to be thankful for the outcomes they helped me achieve. It was worth every penny for the peace of mind.

I am so grateful to have been represented by this firm. You don't know what is going to happen going to court, so it is good to have a team who is prepared for the different outcomes. I was given honest answers to the possible results, and very pleased with the services provided. Court is never a fun thing, and just like any other lawyer, it's going to cost money, but in the end it is worth it to have someone trained in the law. I would highly recommend their team.

They are not the firm that you want to stand up for you! I was told one thing, then my child support was cut over 50% and they wanted more money to go to court. I had paid out over $7K for nothing. They kept telling me it was the best they could do without going to court. Then 30 days after closure, my ex to hired a PTE and the attorneys office would not call me back. 3+ months later I am told sorry - and have to pay fees to make monthly payments and nothing in return but sorry. These attorneys are only money hungry and do not care about your child unless you want to keep giving them money to tell you lies. Very concerning!
