Called with an employment issue , explained im very old school and don’t have an email address to do “intake forms” , was put on hold for nearly 30 minutes as they couldn’t be bothered to take a couple minutes to speak with me like normal humans. I thought someone would be with me , no, just left on hold until I gave up. Great service! I’ll be sure to remember who NOT to use in the future!
