Gross & Rooney

I asked to talk with an attorney regarding my medical malpractice incident. The receptionist took my info and declined my case, not even being able to talk to an actual attorney at this firm. Very disappointing.

Tried calling for help with a simple situation and lady was super unhelpful. Wouldn't answer my basic questions of "do you guys help with small businesses?" and made me feel uncomfortable.

When a family member passed away I contacted Terry Rooney. He listened to entire situation and agreed to take my case. He responded every time I contacted him. Very professional and very knowledgeable. He did everything is his power to resolve the case quickly and efficiently. He will get results!!! His staff are just as passionate. If I could give 10 stars I would. You won't find better representation in my experience. Thank you Terry and Team!!

Do not contact for any reasonable help or explanation. They will lie and tell you “we can only help with medical malpractice if the patient has died” it’s clear they want to hear about the worst day of your life and say. “Thank you for your time” Unfeeling, unprofessional, run away!
