Grossman Dennis

My fiancé has been dealing with this lawyer for about 5 years and it has been the most unprofessional law firm. Today I was really in shock on how unprofessional Dennis Grossman is.My fiancé has been losing out on so much money since being on works men comp his payments has been getting lower and lower without no explanation (making it look like fraud or theft is going on or something shady) the first time they decreased his payment was due to child support and that’s understandable child support communicated with him to let him know ahead of time so he was aware of it. Then a few months later his payment got even lower (not from child support due to the fact that it would be illegal for them just to keep Taking more from him after they already had court on the amount they can only take) so when he calls/emails Denis and & his case manager to let them know what’s happening all they say is “we’re gonna look into it “and nothing. months pass by and now they decreased his payment even more with no explanation. Denis calls him today mad because my fiancé was saying that this seems fraudulent. Denis tells my fiancé” what do you want me to do get a gun and shot them “(taking about doing that to the insurance) then Denis Also tells my fiancé “i appreciate You going thru all this” which is unacceptable. how are you going to appreciate your client stressing out and going through something like this. Then of course my fiancé starts raising his voice because Denis keeps talking over him not letting him speak to now it’s two Grown men going back and forth which still is unacceptable because Denis is a LAWYER he should know how to keep his composure and respect his clients especially since all my fiancé was asking “were is my money going to I haven’t received nothing stating anything on why it keeps getting lower now this is the second time with no answers” all Denis had to do is tell him the most obvious “yeah this doesn’t make sense sorry it’s been going on like this I’m going to look into it and get to the bottom of it and tell you why it’s been getting decreased and actually do it “ instead of yelling and making it seem like my fiancé was in the wrong.it honestly seemed like he was representing the insurance company over my fiancé and just wants to continue to prolong this. And I know this sounds so crazy that a lawyer would say and act like that so that’s why my fiancé put him on speaker so I can hear it myself on how unfairly and rude he was speaking to my fiancé.he’s been asking to settle this case for the longest and nothing ,he askes for answers and nothing so of course at this point anyone would be mad. & As his fiancé I been also the one stressing on this due to the fact the every time they decrease his payments I have to work more overtime to help out since obviously my fiancé can’t work. All I’m asking is for Denis to please stop being disrespectful and be professional and just help him get the answers he’s been asking for. My fiancé wouldn’t be getting upset if everything was being done correctly and not just brushed under the rug.

This people sit on your case..NOT RELIABLE AND DOES NOT DO THE JOB!

My star rating says it all. If you're looking for a reliable, honest lawyer, I don't think this firm is the right one. They lie and… They didn't show up to my hearings, and they didn't appeal until I caught them red-handed. I attended one of the last hearings via video call, and Dennis didn't appear. I learned that this had been the case throughout all the years of my hearings with them. My case was a disaster, and I lost a lot. 😡😞 I deeply regret not changing lawyers when I had the chance. They let the opposing defense take control. I don't recommend them.

So happy and blessed I found Dennis. My son was hit by a lady that ran a red light while my son was walking to school. Dennis and Juliet have been amazing throughout the entire process. Not only did he care but his heart was genuinely in helping with us.

I would and, I do always recommend Dennis Grossman law anyone of my friends or just anyone that is going through hardship with their current attorney that doesn’t really keep you in the loop of your case wont return your phone calls.... that frustration will kill you alone!!! I never had any of those issues with Dennis Grossman law cause one of his staff is always reaching out and keeping me informed bout my case and I’ve also reached out to them when I do have any concerns about my case or any legal questions, I would highly recommended his law firm to anyone they truly do care about you unlike other law firms. Dennis Grossman truly care bout your wellbeing, he actually sat down with me and explained all how workers compensation system works.. I’m so very pleased on how he took the time to see me and actually get to know me for who I really am the alone says a lot about a person to me.. Dennis and his staff are truly the best that I’ve ever hired hands down.

Im just about to sign with them because they are on my side they are rolling me in on questions i had that my other Attorny wouldn't so we will see for now i give them a five star
