Don’t do it—use another firm. The reviews under four stars are absolutely accurate. They will constantly call to get your information, then stop responding for months and fail to prioritize your case. You end up doing most of the work yourself while they stop answering calls and act too busy to help. The case managers and receptionists are hurting the firm’s reputation and making the lawyers look bad. Im sure the 5 start reviews are fake . Or maybe there are one or two competent case managers and if that’s the case make sure you specifically request them !😩

I filed a grievance with this law group due to extremely poor communication. After my accident in May 2025, they advised me to stop medical treatment after only two sessions so I “would get more compensation.” I’ve had to repeatedly call for updates with little to no response. they’ve only contacted me twice on their own after I persistently had to reach out. I ended up gathering all my medical bills and contacting the hospital billing dept myself because it took them months to do something that took me only one day. Finally They received my settlement check in October 2025 and 3 months later guaranteed that accounting would contact me within 7–14 days to disburse my check. It is now the end of January 2026, and I’m still waiting with no response. Calls go straight to voicemail or I’m told I’ll be connected—then I’m not. I’ve been passed between multiple case managers, and the receptionists are no help. I would not recommend this firm to anyone looking to avoid frustration and poor communication. My ongoing experience has been horrible .

I contacted Guardian accident law injury firm back in March 2025 my son who was 12 was an accident. I contacted them in hopes that they would get my son a decent amount. There was a total of seven people in the car, but only five out of the seven filed a claim with the insurance of the people who hit them. They didn’t seek an attorney. They just talked directly to the adjuster of the other person‘s insurance everybody got at least $12-$1300. I went with Guardian law explained to them what happened it doesn’t make sense to have them work a case knowing that I will get my son anywhere from $12-$1300 without their help. The whole point is to get more than that. Guardian law told me that The insurance company offered $800 I would be out of my mind to accept the $800 check for my son then told me that the next was $1,100 and that’s all that they could do. So after speaking with the Other man’s insurance I was able to get more than $1100. I could get a possibly $1300 for my son but I’d have to ask for a drop letter from Guardian. Guardian put a lien because I asked for them to send a drop letter for $430 I believe I wouldn’t dare pay any law firm for them to get paid more than my son would get paid and he was the one in the accident. It doesn’t make sense and I asked for anything that I’ve signed any electronic signatures of anything that I’ve signed for Guardian to represent me. I wanted that and I have yet to receive that in all actuality. They’re asking me now more than the 33% that they were asking if my son won his case they’re asking me now for more than the 33% of what my son is gonna receive that makes no sense either and here it is December 2025 and we only have 23 days left in this year and we still haven’t received any money and everybody else that was in the car with my son receive their checks long time ago and the most I think that they got was $1300 without any representation just speaking to the adjuster so the whole part of me getting Guardian was for them to get my son more than $1300 and that didn’t happen. I don’t recommend them at all because in the end if you don’t get a huge settlement, even if you do get a huge settlement they’re still gonna come away with more then you bring home in your pocket 33% of whatever you get is gonna be more than what you get. They’re gonna get paid more than you and you are the actual victim makes no sense. Not happy at all wouldn’t recommend them

My cousin Cedric used them he been waiting 15 months still haven't received a check he hardly ever can get them on the phone he has to call other people to figure out whats going on I feel bad for him they the worst was told he was getting 50 ended up being 25 which he probably won't receive but 1/3 of that smh

Terrible communication between clients and staff, on hold for several minutes regarding cases without talking to any actual lawyers. Do no assist their clients. Better off going to a law firm that actually prioritizes their clients!

Worst mistake ever signing with this firm, unprofessional my kids accident was Dec 2024, months of me collecting bills, accident report, my child having to have surgery and the other one no longer able to play sports or be active as he once was due to his life changing injuries, she attempted to force me to take a low ball offer & i refused & we had some back & forward via email and I sent her over the law that says something totally different from what she told me. Only then she said she would take it before the lawsuit attorney at their litigation meeting Nov 3, when I reached out Nov 5 she says she is waiting to hear back from him. I’ve sent numerous emails since she won’t even respond. Worst decision ever I hate I talked my kids into signing with them, they don’t care and make it very clear that they don’t care about you nor your injuries. If anyone know the supervisor or head attorney email please share it with me I just need to talk with some one else & hopefully more professional

Horrible! They called me, at the time I didn’t know about runners & how it’s possible they illegal got my information days after a car accident. Car accident was in August of 2024 at first they were very responsive well at least the case worker that was helping me get help for my injuries but after they received the settlement money. Which I was only notified from the other parties insurance I haven’t heard a thing I called many times to find out the lawyer on my case “left” the company got a new lawyer & haven’t heard anything from them since the case is still on going a year and a few months later and still nothing. They do not have BBB accreditation & within this same year they had a lawsuit going on which is public records look up these firms before doing business with them & especially don’t do business with this one. Yall have a blessed day and be safe out here.

I BEEN HERE A FEW TIMES BUT THIS TIME OMG I BEEN GETTING TOSS FROM ONE LAWYER TO NEXT AND CLEARLY NO COMMUNICATION AT ALL I HAD TO DO THEY JOB GETTING PAPER WORK, PICTURES, AND THE OTHER PARTIES INSURANCE MADE PAYMENT BUT IT WAS NOT ENOUGH I HAD TO STOP TREATMENT AND ALL BECAUSE IM BEING WRONG INFORMATION CLEARLY WHAT THEY GOING TO DO VS WHAT THEY WANT TO DO ME AND MY FAMILY / FRIENDS WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN BBB NOT APPROVED SO GOOGLE BEFORE YOU PICK ANY LAW FIRM

We worked with guardian law firm for a car accident that was not in our fault . We got good care interms of medical help and also for all settlements. We did not pay any fee or share any SSN or insurance details anywhere . The firm took care of everything for us and handed over the check finally in few months after negotiations with Insurance firms . Thanks for the help and will recommend them for people who need help.

worst law firm EVERRŔRRRR . Didn't even get 1/3 of the money I was awarded

The absolute worst lawyers you can hire. They done the absolute worst job with the worse behavior ever. Took 4 years to give me money after I denied so many low offers finally 4 years later I got paid. Still the amount was lower than my other billboard lawyer who I thought to be doing it cheap turns out I was wrong. The lawyers are terrible so bad they had someone else bring me my check because they didn’t want to face me. Don’t be stupid

The absolute worst lawyer by far . I’ve had been in an accident before and I must say this was by far the worst lawyers ever. I literally had to push them every step of the way to get my case done. They put better off hiring a billboard lawyer. They tried to offer me $200-$500 for a hit in the back !! They are terrible don’t waist your time! Also if your lawyer is Shaun your might as well throw your case away.

By far the worst experience I have had with a law firm I will never refer a family or friend to this law firm they don’t stay in contact an when u call them they act like u are getting on their nerve when u call for updates an once u start calling them they stop answering. They also told me my case manager wasn’t there today she off then I ask to speak to a supervisor the case manager just walked in. They play a lot of games an tell a lot of lies if u are reading this RUN. Go to a better law firm than this one if u want to feel like they are working for u than against u this is not the place to be I really wish I can give them no star for this horrible service I received over the past 9 months it took to them to close out my case

I strongly advise against using Guardian Accident & Injury. At first glance, they appear professional, open, and honest, but my experience has shown otherwise. After digging deeper into my files, I discovered troubling issues that indicate a lack of integrity. When I requested my files and an itemized document of my bills, what I received was shocking. Instead of my information, Rachel sent me someone else's medical records, which raises serious concerns about their handling of sensitive client data. Additionally, I was billed for 150 units of medication, despite only receiving 4. This discrepancy is just one instance of what I suspect to be falsified billing practices. It feels as though they are in cahoots with doctors to inflate costs and take advantage of clients. I no longer trust this firm and cannot recommend them to anyone. They seem to prioritize profits over the best interests of their clients. Furthermore, getting in touch with them has been frustrating; I often had to hang up and call back pretending to be a new client just to get any assistance. In summary, my experience with Guardian Accident & Injury has been disappointing and concerning. I urge others to consider their options carefully before engaging with this firm.
