I can’t say enough good things about Guerra & Casillas. They took my retaliation case and fought hard for me every step of the way. A couple of years ago, Attorney Ruben did not want to take my case and referred me to the lawfirm Marlis Park. The lawfirm Marlis Park did fraud in my WC case. The Lawfirm MARLIS Park closed and the Attorney Brent MARLIS opened another lawfirm named The Work Justice Firm. In May 2023, I contacted again the Guerra and Casillas lawfirm because I was terminated but they did not want to take my case. In July 2019, Attorney Ruben said to me, “your employer buy the attorneys,” I got afraid but hoping to be helped. Well, he was right. I was terminated with work injuries, and disabled. My ex-employer is a public entity so no government entity helps me. Conflict of interest. My WC case it’s full of fraud coming from attorneys, doctors, adjusters, officers, employer, assistants, and Hearing Representative Diego Gamarra. I can’t delete this review as I was asked. This is my story and I hope it helps other people. Back then in 2019, I was not informed that the lawfirm was not handling WC cases.
