Overall these people have helped me out tremendously, sometimes people get impatient with personal injury claims but they have updated me and educated me on how it should go even though the process was lengthy I thank God and Harrell for the constant support and break down and never leaving me in the midst.

Small advice: If this company reaches out to you first, hang up. If you’re thinking about this company, try someone else. Getting responses and call backs is like watching paint dry. I was contacted by this company a day after my accident. The name is ambulance chasers. I was assigned two case managers who were very lackluster and gave me two different ways to go about a multitude of things. I sent a termination letter to the company (which wasn’t responded too, not a shocker). And now my new law firm is trying to confirm this sorry company doesn’t still represent me, and they can’t even get a response. Just a lackluster company overall.

I would NOT recommend this law firm to ANYONE. My partner and I feel like just another check to them. I don’t know if since we are not going to get them a higher payout than others that we are important enough to even receive a decent phone call or return correspondence via the portal. We always have to call them first and hope and pray that they have time for us, but now for TWO months we have been waiting on a phone call from our lawyer to give our statements to the insurance company. This is ridiculous and upsetting. Our lawyer CLAIMS they are trying to get us a larger payout, but really the ball was dropped. How do I know? The even placed the wrong accident under my insurance company and left it to us to figure that out. They didn’t say anything at all to me when I confronted them about it besides “verify the correct accident day.” How is that not one of the FIRST pieces of information in my file?

Was recommended to Mr. Gunn by an associate. I’m so glad I decided to let him take on my case. I finally received my check yesterday and all I can say is wow. He’s been honest and I received the check he told me I’d get.

I would NOT recommend this firm to anyone. I have been fighting a case for OVER 2 years going on 2.5. I don't feel like they fight hard enough or care enough about their clients. My case was refiled without talking to me first, I've had to go back & TRY to find information i already submitted in the beginning & in the middle maybe 3-4 days later, the communication is TERRIBLE, one of the receptionists has/had a terrible attitude towards me. I had no SERIOUS injuries for the case to be taking SO LONG so at this point i feel like its neglect & irresponsible on their part. Im truly tired as HELL & just want this to be over IMMEDIATELY. My case worker would “forget” to tell me things. Im sure ill never work with them again its extremely annoying.

My PI case has been going on for over a year now with them( 1 year and 8months to be exact).My experience has definitely left me feeling as if I’m just another check to them. Communication horrible, I been asking to settle out since September of last year and constantly being put on hold or ignored. And this is after several attempts of trying to get an understanding where the disconnect is coming from. Overall I would never recommend this law firm.

I’ve been waiting on my case for over a year … this place is Incredibly dysfunctional, unorganized and have little true knowledge on how to successfully deal with property damages . I’ve been waiting for true updates on my case and they will just pull you along trying to make you visit more doctors .. They constantly reschedule appointments! If you are truly in need of a real lawyer don’t call these people … I’m literally terminating them as we speak after getting hung up twice .. I’m hiring another lawyer just to make sure they haven’t mishandled my case .. 3 months down the drain and 60,000 in lost wages… they haven’t even called my insurance company to make sure I have an rental smh .. They are so unprofessional, they even had staff write two reviews on my business . Just because I gave a true experience of my situation… this is wild !!!!

DO NOT CHOOSE THIS COMPANY !!! waited for my case to be settled for over a year with no resolution. some type of solution they haven’t even covered my bills… I still have bills coming that are being sent to collection because Gunn jaw failed to reach out and collect my outstanding debit , that they forced me to get! Now I’m still hurt, broke, and they have don’t nothing but take forever … I’d rather call Morgan and Morgan or my 25% lawyer then use these folks ever again . They don’t call don’t check up !!! I have no idea what’s even going on with my case …
