Helped so much had been denied several times he got it approved!!!!

We had filed my spouse Ann's disability claim two years prior. We had been denied twice. A friend recommended Gustad Law Firm and we made the call. We had excellent communication and follow-up. This past Thursday, we received a voice mail that Ann had been awarded her full disability! The Gustad Law Group helped my husband with his disability claim after a harrowing and heartbreaking struggle to appeal. I initially went to them for a lawsuit and they were fantastic; though I found it odd the lawyer didn't want to battle in court. But when it came to the SSI portion, the lawyer (Angela) didn't properly go over what to say and not to say. Because of that, I was declined. Then, through no fault of my own, they decided to drop me. Not telling me for a month, leaving me only 30 days to find another lawyer and appeal the decision myself. I'd recommend JP for lawsuits but not SSI.

JP Gusgad has been very helpful. The trial only had me confirm yes to that I was being honest and then they said I can hang up, then they called me back saying I won my case. The last time I didn't have a lawyer and they said I could do assembly jobs but with JP the judge understood I was unable to do the jobs due to seeing and hearing things that other people don't hear or see. The worst by far attorney that I have ever had never called me back never told me anything about my case always talk to the front desk lady never got my lawyer there was absolutely no work done on their part I had to do everything and they failed to tell any kind of decision that was made and now I can't appeal cuz it's been too long and I have to start over so all that back pay I would have had is now gone I do not recommend these guys at all stay away
