I called for my son whom was bitten by a dog while he was delivering on a job in which we waited for months and we didn't get a phone call or anything made like they were investigating and my son talked to them on several occasions made like the case was ongoing and they were gathering information. They say they will give us a call in 2 weeks we never received one it was almost a month later just to tell us they was not going to take the case cause they can't find no home owners insurance for the people the problem is they waited months to tell us this and we would have still been waiting if we wouldn't call I just think you should have been better professional when letting people know ow about their cases so they won't be wasting time
