H.J. Dane Law Office

Breanne Schadt is a fraudulent disgusting individual. 9 months after we had to file an emergency hearing to stop the children from being ripped from their school/daycare& Just days before Another school enrollment period… breanna via email lied to me. As for The Many areas of details and evidence that I wanted Requested to be subpoena ….she did Not act up upon my request on the hearing in regards to false school registration. Breanne exchanges presence with other lawyers as they play the game together. Her lies and lack of Action when requested Were clearly shown with written evidence ….HJ Dane Was informed and refused to take action therefore they are enabling supporting The actions…. Stay far away from the legal offices of people associated with this organization My details show they are all corrupt And well informed of their wrongdoings…. Breanne fired me two days before She was supposed to be in court with all of the information, evidence, details of which I had requested… Such as fraudulent title work on the home, purchased by the couple, major evidence that Was ignored And not placed into the case as requested by the client…. She fraudulently Tampered with my case, knowing full well what she was doing….

I utilized this woman of her word many years ago and I tell you what she gets the job done, I’m very blessed with all the things I encountered while going through a messy divorce, years later I would use her in a heartbeat.

After having a consultation with a different attorney at a different firm that did not seem knowledgeable and talked over me, I was very pleasantly surprised with this office. Breanne definitely listened to my concerns and offered me some really good advice and insight in the consultation. If I ever needed a family law attorney in this area, I would not hesitate to hire her! Plus they have dogs in the office and lovely reception staff! ☺️

Breanne Schadt was very unprofessional and wasted my time and money. She sent other lawyers to represent me in court and used numerous paralegals and law firm employees who weren't even legal assistants to correspond with me via email. She did not do any of the work. She had a law firm employee email me about money in my trust and closing my case, and when I responded to this employee the never got back to me. When I called the office Breanne's secretary or paralegal would not let me speak and kept talking over me. She the called me rude because I had to raise my voice because she refused to hear me out. Her whole team was unprofessional and it makes sense why she went though so many assistants, she has no people skills and lacks basic communication. Why would you expect me to email you when you never responded to me and why would you have other people at the firm handle your business who aren't involved in the case? Of course when I call her out she plays the victim and tried to even withhold money she owed me. It was a very unprofessional and expensive waste of time and money. She did not do anything expect pass me along to other paralegals and lawyers in her firm. I thought I hired her but I guess not. I would never recommend her to anyone because she was incredibly unhelpful and takes no accountability for any of it. It's always someone else's fault. Newsflash: lawyers are not perfect and can and do make mistakes.

Breanne Schadt was amazing. We got a consultation appointment quickly. She took immediate action that led to an expedient and beneficial resolution. Would definitely hire again.

Took $300 to tell us they wouldn’t take our case. No other useful advice. Don’t use them

Don't recommend. First red flag came from a lawyer yelling at his assistant while I was filling out paper work, then after spending $100 and getting in to talk to someone... She was extremely inconsiderate and unsympathetic and made me feel even more lost at the end of it all.

Retained Alicia Gieck for a child support modification. That started back in April of 2022. I gave her the retainer fee plus some. All that came out of anything was a bunch of emails and a meeting with her 2 times. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a lawyer. She talked a good game and then nothing. All she did was take my money, and as a single mom, that is very hard to come by. She just filed for a request to withdraw from being my council because of lack of communication. I have many emails that went un answered by her. The Para that she has made a mistake and they just wanted me to brush it under the rug...no not happening. This office lacks professionalism and patience with clients who have questions and are in or have any fear in their predicament. On top of the ridiculous amount they charge, they charged me to draw up papers to request the withdrawal to boot! Do NOT go to this law firm!!!

Very welcoming law office. Primarily family law, however, Attorney H. J. Dane practices a wide variety of law including estate planning, real estate, civil claims, and bankruptcy. The three office dogs certainly make a trip to the lawyer's office much less stressful.

Very odd to say the least. I was contacted by Ally to set up an appointment . Ally was supposed to send an email. I called several times to indicate that said email had not been received, all to no avail. It was really a complete waste of time; very unprofessional.

I'm always greeted by friendly staff. Breanne is the best lawyer who looks out for your best interest, therefore I wouldn't recommend anyone but her! She helped me through my divorce and now is assisting with my ex husband filing contempt and trying to lower his child support. She is great at what she does and does it with a passion. Definitely worth the time and money.
