I hired Breanne Schadt to represent me in a contentious divorce case. She got me everything I wanted. She was easy to work with and kept the costs down. I highly recommend her.

Our family hired Jack and are very pleased with his work. My son was fighting for custody of his daughter. It is not easy for a father to gain full custody and my son did not even have joint custody when we started the case. My son is a wonderful dad and Jack was able to show the judge this and the facts showing he is the more stable parent and willing and able to raise his daughter. I will say Jack Dane did a fine job and my precious Grandaughter is with her father, full custody. The case from start to finish was less than three months. This representation was not cheap and worth every penny to save my Grandaughter from an unstable home.

Breanne Schadt was hired by by care giver to handle her divorce. she can never reach the attorney and always must speak with assistant. over 2,000 dollars have been charged and nothing has been accomplished in fact things have become worse instead of protecting her client she neglected her client and now she faces losing her only transportation.. Breanne Scahdt has to many cases or simply does not care about her clients but raking in the huge fees and fees for phone calls it cost 50 dollars to call. this is just a money scam. I met her at court and was not impressed with her legal skill, we handed her all proof that a car was bought by my care giver and her soon to be ex husband is pulling a rip off scam and this attorney has done nothing so my care giver may lose her only means of transport. what kind of attorney gets handed a divorce case where the husband has been proven to have brought home a STD, has a warrant for his arrest never shows for court because he will go to jail has broken into the property has been trespassed for life, then warrant issued due to threats of death and of burning down her home. talk about a case on a silver platter Breanne Schadt has a gold mine of evidence to close out this case but instead prolongs the case to milk her father for a payday. i recommend that anyone avoid h.j. dane law as it is not worth the money. and the attorneys misrepresent themselves and leave you hanging. this is a first hand witness account of what i have seen them do to my caregiver a woman who cares for cripples and works full time and tells the truth. and what kind of legal representation does she get ? the worst i have ever seen, the attorney is always too busy not there or in court or some excuse. but never does anything in her clients intrest only her own. to fatten her fees and pad her wallet. if she is thst busy then she should not have taken the case H.J. Dane and Branne Schadt are the worst attorneys i have ever seen. my caregiver has spent to much money to change now. but if they do not get off there rearends and do what they are paid for i will be filling complaints with bar, stat attorney, and every legal institution in the state of iowa, this review written by christopher w. worley. my caregiver is Virginia d. bodden. Dane reads this because sir your firm is just plain afull and a rip off con game designed to strip good people of there money to enrich yourselves without actually doing anything.

Atty. Dane in consultation suggested we try to get a reinstatement on an annuity inadvertently sold by tha management of my wife's trust. The reinstatement was successful and means a great amount of interest can be recovered relating to this annuity. Atty. Dane is a good man and very sharp. The $100 for the consult was the best money we ever spent!
