My bro got hit by a car while he was on a motorcycle. He ended up stuck with hospital bills, barely got his lost wages, also ended up losing his job over the trauma he endured. Any other lawyer would have gotten him more then $20k which he ended up with $11k after all said and done. My opinion Paul can't hackett, find a better lawyer from the beginning. He's probably working with the chiropractor too. Didnt make it as a coach not much better as a lawyer.. figured I'd make a more recent review then the ones I seen from 3 to 5 years ago.

I was in a very bad car accident and Paul Hackett took my case with no problem . Very professional very responsive and straightforward!!! I ended up getting a Great settlement with in 8 to 10 weeks I was very please , I referred him to a few Family members now

I was involved in an accident on March 1 and I am still waiting on my case to be settled. I finished my chiropractor visits in May. Apparently my case was being held up because the attorney needed my medical records from urgent care. The attorney said he made 2 request and never received them. I went to urgent care myself to get the records only to find out they were the same records that my chiropractor sent over when I first opened my case. I’ve been involved in an accident before and I’ve had to wait on the settlement and insurance company however the attorney I hired was more responsive and they reached out to me and kept me up to date on everything. I understand you all are busy but if a client reach out to you all you should be intentional about getting back with them. I’m also upset because no one from the office contacted me first to let me know that they did not get a response from urgent care about my medical records. I only found out this information because I reached out to them. I will not recommend this office to anyone. There is another review on here that corresponds their race to how they were being treated and I feel the same way. I lost a lot of money as a result of the accident and I find it insulting that the attorney is not communicating with me. The messages were sent from an iPhone and it shows me that the messages are being read but I’m not getting a response. UPDATE: Paul Hackett withdrew himself from my case because I posted my experience. I have attached the screen capture of the message that he sent me.

The worst people I've ever delt with rude never answer the phone maybe because I'm black because I see all the white people on here giving a good review I still have hospital bills being sent out that they were supposed to handle very nasty attitude people very racist

Thanks to the excellent services of Paul Hackett & Ed Long they were able to settle my automobile accident and made me more money back then I thought possible. I highly recommend going to this law office for help with an automobile accident or auto injury.
