I just really feel heartbroken. I was referred to this firm by one of my close friends and since the beginning the communication has been off. I haven’t spoke to My Attorney but once. I was in an accident 6 months ago and recently my demand letter (normal timing I suppose) went out and we gave the insurance company a date to respond. They lowballed me tremendously all I could do is cry. I had to have My Attorney tell me that it was a good offer. It didn’t even cover all of my medical bills. I have emailed My Attorney several times called the office several times. Everyone is ignoring me now I just feel really heartbroken. I lost a lot went through a lot of pain and stress physically and mentally after this accident and I just feel like this Office doesn’t care or have any type of sympathy to what I have been through. Do your research find an attorney and firm that’s actually going to care about you and your issues, not just collect a third of whatever they try to convince you to settle for.
