The firm attempted to mandate a "Full Disclosure" of sensitive medical assets while concurrently denying a 10-minute inquiry into their Internal Protocols regarding: Lien Mitigation Strategy (ERISA/ recovery optimization). Litigation Thresholds (Criteria for Suit vs. Pre-suit settlement). In a professional services context, demanding high-value "Inputs" (data) while refusing to define the "Process Logic" (strategy) creates an unacceptable Scope Limitation. This lack of transparency prevents a Fair Value assessment of the firm’s ability to maximize "Net to Client" proceeds. Those seeking a firm with a robust Control Environment and strategic alignment should note this reporting impairment
