I left a public Google review for care someone in my family received at a nursing facility, on March 8th. March 10th I have something postdated from this lawfirm for intent to take legal action? What for exactly? Defamation? Seems like this grungy care facility called this law office the same day I made my review, and within 2 days I'm receiving something in the mail? I'd love for you to prove how I'm wrong, how this caused the business damage or loss. Please. Sounds like a money hungry lawfirm to me 😂 .

My daughter was involved in a serious accident caused by the Pitt PD in May 2019. I brought her to Tom Barret and he agreed to take her case. She spent a lot of time sending documentation he requested, but 3.5 years later I asked my daughter how the case was going and she said she had no idea but Mr Barret was being confrontational and she felt he did not want the case anymore? I immediately called and indeed Mr Barret told me that a) he thought we no longer wanted to proceed, b) he never filed a complaint, and c) that my daughter needed a psychologist for her pain, he suggested maybe we should look for another attorney. So that is what I am doing. I do not know what went wrong, but if you need an attorney I suggest looking elsewhere. If you want psychoanalysis and the feeling of being unrepresented, Mr Barret might be for you.
