The receptionist is very rude and told me that I can hire my own attorney if I don’t like the fact that their attorneys don’t ever answer or get ahold of the clients! She stated that they are not associated but they assign the attorneys. The worst customer experience I have dealt with in a while. If I could afford a good attorney I definitely would not be going through them.I actually have been represented by someone within the firm before. I was disappointed to also find that the person who answered the phone sent my contact information to the wrong person instead of the appropriate appointed attorney.

I have always been impressed with this law firm (through word of mouth) though had never had the need to use their services. Attorney Tim Hall was extremely easy to work with and walked me through the possible outcomes. If the case was unable to be litigated in his initial analysis (i.e. I had no real case) I know he would not have dragged the case out for his own gain.
