This firm assisting Engage MGMT, SALTER Properties to get rid of me WITHOUT THE LEGAL PROCESS OF EVICTION. In small claims court where I first filed their was incorrect stating she never received NLRPD incident reports of next door neighbor, have posted copies of the email notifying her of all 3. Have also posted copies of the dumpster next to my patio, area homeless & others, dropping pants, showing their butts ON CAMERA, unzipping & urinating in plain sight. More of these incidents in the last 6 months than in the 7 years I've lived here, which I find very strange. This firm is recommended for assisting owners to get rid of renters. In my case, they will HAVE to use the FULL LEGAL PROCESS to evict me with as much public exposure of their targeted discrimination against a 71 year old disabled veteran using a wheelchair as possible. I won't leave my home WITHOUT BEING LEGALLY EVICTED. I won't go quietly either. EDIT: No REAL effort at mediation which is why I filed in Small Claims first. This firm was hired & all real mediation never happened. At this age & level of disability, NOT repairing or replacing broken mold infested appliances affects my health, safety & independence. The microwave is the only appliance still working as it should. Maintenance left dishwasher, washing machine, food disposal & burners on the stove non functional. This is TARGETED harassment & has been documented since BEFORE the Attorney Generals office mediation in their price rise attempt during Covid several years ago. There was an illegal attempt to evict me yesterday using a delivery to get me to open the door. Had a trash bin ready for my property. They were refused.

Full discloser, I never used this law firm due to them not practicing the type of law I needed. However, the receptionist gave me a phone number of a completely separate law firm that would be able to help. That is the kind of people I like to work with!
