Great law office. Att. Dixon settled my court case without needing my appearance in court. I highly recommend their services.

They provided great service and hassle free. Listen to my concerns and assured me they could handle it. When it was resolved they let me know, did not have to attend court. Very thankful.

Sorry it took so long to write this. I hired these guys right before Covid for a 10 year old dwi and I now live outta state. It took years but the got it dropped and I never had to come back.After 12 years with no license I was reborn! My life has skyrocketed since!! Thank you thank you thank you!!

I was connected with this law firm on July 10, 2025 through Legal Ease, a service provided through my employer. I was needing to get a domestic situation handled immediately or as urgently as possible. I reached out to this law firm and spoke to the representative and provided all of the details of my situation. I was informed that an attorney would call me back within 2-3 business days to speak with me about all of my options to move forward. A week goes by, no call from the office. Another week goes by, still no call from the office. Over this past month I have called multiple times and left voicemails as no person was available to answer the phone. I never got a phone call back. regarding any of my voicemails. As the days went by my situation was progressively getting worse! I made contact with the office again on August 20,2025 and actually had a woman to answer the phone. I explained to her that my situation has been going on for a while now and is progressively continuing to get worse. I explained that after several calls and voicemails left they still have failed to respond back to me and that it has been over a month since the first contact with them was made. I even asked her if I should seek legal counsel elsewhere to which she responded that she would get someone for me to speak to. She then transferred me to a different extension where I received the voicemail. I hung up and called her back and pleaded with her to just take my information down and pass it along as I had already left several voicemails and have not gotten a single call back. She took my information down and told me that I should get a call from them no later than Friday, August 22, 2025. Today is August 28, 2025 (another week later) and I still have yet to receive any form of communication from this office. If you have an urgent matter, this may not be the firm for you as it isn't for me. I am highly disappointed in the lack of communication and false promises of returning calls. On the other hand, I am pleased to see that so many others have had success with this firm and great outcomes. Unfortunately I am not one of those individuals. Moving forward, there is no need for future communications with me, as you have failed to communicate over this last month and a half. Fortunately, I was able to look into handling this situation myself and I am in the process of moving forward successfully.
