*Update - Thankfully this has now been remedied by the firm. *My mother retained Ms. Lucio for a probate case in 2023 and seems to be having difficulty getting a response back from the attorney about the finalization of her case. Phone calls and stopping by don't seem to be working. This is definitely very disconcerting.
