Hamilton Wingo is terrible! Do yourself a favor and don’t use their services. I had an accident in January of 2025, and my account still has not been completed! I’ve called, I’ve emailed their office, and you never get a response sooner than ten days! When they do contact you, back, they never have any new news, and I was even told my accident would take up to 1 year to process??? I don’t like to tell people who I do for a living, but I am and have been for over 25 years a no fault and workers compensation claims examiner. I know my job inside and out, so I know they are lying. They make you go for unnecessary testing, that lasts for months that only needs to be weeks, and you will have to pay for those tests. The staff is rude and unprofessional and seem very uninterested and bothered with any questions. Rating them I would give their services a negative zero!
