The Hammond Law Firm handled a Hurricane Ida claim for my company involving 20 real estate properties. Our case was quite complex due to the number of properties as well as the obstructions thrown at us by the insurance carrier. After numerous changes of adjusters and countless back and forth emails followed eventually by a bad faith claim filed by Peirce Hammond, we finally entered into mediation where the groundwork laid by our attorney resulted in a settlement that we were very happy with.
