Hello Dante,<br><br>We are sorry that you feel this way. We are the one of the few, if not the only, program in Massachusetts that offers free legal advice to litigants. Stating this, we make an effort of having volunteer attorneys weekly, but we do have certain days for our clinics: Mondays for Housing Court, Wednesdays for District Court, and Fridays for Probate & Family. If for example, you call on a Tuesday for an issue related to Housing Court, you would've missed the Housing clinic for that week and, indeed, will have to wait to join for the next Monday available. We understand that if that is a situation that applies to you and your matter it's urgent, it will be inconvenient. But with this effort we have been able to help thousands of litigants state wide. I also take that if you know how our clinic works, at least, you spoke with someone from our office regarding information.<br><br>I searched for your intake form under "Dante Pagan", but I don't see that you have joined nor applied for one of our clinics, but we did reach out to you if you received the form. Hello LA Wood,<br><br>Our Lawyer Referral program is based on attorneys that want to sign up for it. For some cases we do have a limited number of attorneys, but the information that you stated is wrong; we do have Consumer Protection attorneys. Since attorneys can be busy, we tell all people to give them about 24-48hrs so they can call you back.<br><br>Also, the attorneys that are part of our Lawyer Referral Service are their own private entity. They are not our employees. Attorneys are sent referrals, and once they consult and screen, they decide if they want to take the case. No attorney is obligated to take a case.<br><br>As for the Legal Clinic, we provided you with free legal advice multiple times, advise you on how to write a demand letter, and we also referred you to the resources available for Consumer Protection. We have no part on the Massachusetts legal system since we are a nonprofit and have no correlation with the dealership. We understand that we might not be able to help all litigants that come to us, but if that is the case, we make sure that we give them all the resources available and we did that with you.<br><br>Cases and circumstances vary from person to person, and we do try to help everyone. We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with our program. Unfortunately we are unable to change the circumstances of your case or change the outcome. You joined our program four separate times and received advice each time, based on your circumstances. The limit to join our program is three times per our policy. Unfortunately the advice individuals receive is not always what they are hoping for but factual based on the circumstances of their case.
