I'm from out of state, and recently needed legal help with a real estate issue. After sending my information they believed I had a case and wanted to set up a face to face consultation, telling me they’d call back with appointment date sometime next week. After weeks of waiting and me calling them, they finally call me back just to inform me they can’t help me. What a waste of time So.. because I can’t respond to your half truth comment that’s conveniently missing context I’ll edit my review and add it here. I didn’t even have Rebeccas contact info until I recover from covid and ALREADY emailed the information that was requested. She then told me I should come in and pay the 350. I said “do I have chance of fighting this? I’m not coming in unless I do” and she replied “typically we don’t ask you to come in unless we think so but I’ll ask her again and call you back for something next week” she did not call me back. I called her multiple times about coming in for appointment. Weeks passed and she did apologized to me and told me she was out sick. At that point she informed me I shouldn’t come in because this firm couldn’t help me. Nice try though

We have had several real estate closings with Hand Arendall Harrison Sale though the years and each one has been as smooth as it possibly could have been with one having issues we didn't even know existed when we signed the contract. The staff in the closing department really knows their field, as well, and that made a big impact. We have also had the firm's assistance in setting up an LLC.
