Handelman Law Office

We were very happy with everything we had done there. All staff very helpful and knowledgeable.

My experience with Handelman Law Office was VERY BAD! DO NOT RECOMMEND ! Several attorneys have told me that my issue should NEVER have been allowed to happen! Handelman was hired to write up a 2 yr land contract, several rough drafts were presented and amended, on the final signing day, no expiration date was placed on the contract, no fee for late payments from the buyer , this was the worse land contract seen by several judicial officials/Lawyers . We the customers should not have to fact check an attorney that was hired to write a contract! For 14 years we had to allow a renter in our home without being required to make payments and/or purchase due to Mr Handelmans negligence. MY OPINION DO NOT USE THIS LAW FIRM. Even after Mr. Handleman realized he completely messed up, he still refused to help us rectify the situation in any way. He blew us off completely! HE ONLY WANTS YOUR MONEY.
