I’ve had the worst experience with this Law Firm. If you are interested in using them to conduct a real estate closing DONT. Not only did Devera drop the ball, she lacked any accountability. They didn’t fix anything on their end and made my buyer have the worst experience. Called to speak with David and Charles to discuss Devera’s actions and conversation she had with my client and have been getting the run around. Again, do as you please but for me, I’ll never use this firm or refer anyone over.

I wish I had the great experience everyone else had, but I never had an experience at all. They scheduled my consultation with David hands and provided me with a Zoom link. I joined the Zoom link as I was on it. David called on the other line by the time I switched over he had already hung up. I disconnected the Zoom call and immediately called the law office. The woman I spoke to was very rude and said they don’t use Zoom. They use the regular phone. Well then, why did you provide a Zoom link? She said that David had stepped away and he would call me right back so we could do my consultation. I never heard from him again. I texted her 25 minutes into our 30 minute call time and told her I was disconnecting. She ignored it. I received a text the next day telling me that I could schedule a new appointment if I wanted to. If I can’t trust the lawyer to have a consultation with me I’m sure as heck not going to trust him to represent me.

I believe this feedback is necessary for the owners to consider. My first interaction with "Leanne" was disappointing. Her approach came across as unprofessional, and I would recommend training in client communication. First impressions matter, and unfortunately, based on this experience, I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere.
