Tom Hankins is a very down to earth easy to talk to and kind lawyer. He was representing me though so I can say that 🤣. Lol. Tom and Katelyn worked really hard for me above and beyond. I am so glad I got to work with them. They made feel comfortable and they actually care. I would give then 10 stars. I definitely would recommend them.

I reached out to Hankins & Conklin for help with my what seems to be an exponentially growing amount of legal issues from medical malpractice to child custody cases to elder abuse… I was able to get an immediate FREE consultation which is where we discussed the grounds of each case and what the best options to take would be appropriate and all within a reseasonably affordable budget.

Debbie is absolutely the best lawyer!! Debbie was my attorney during my very acrimonious divorce. She was very thorough and supportive. She worked tirelessly during the entire process, which included being drug through the MO Court of Appeals after my ex-husband filed since he did not like the original court ruling, to ensure I received a fair settlement. Debbie always listened to me and made sure I was not taken advantage of by my ex or his attorney. Absolutely 100% the BEST attorney I could have hired to see me through that very rough time!!

Very Poor Service and Over Billing I can't express the disappointment that this Law Firm (Debbie Conklin) has caused me and my children. I have paid her over 10K and my situation is worse than when we started. She could not remember my kids names and continued to ask me the same questions over and over again even asking me what do I want to do....isn't this the reason why you hire counsel?!? She is now billing me an additional 10K and will not file for a court date until PAID. I have talked to other clients of hers and have heard similar stories and frustration. I would NOT recommend this horrible experience and service to anyone.
