Hanley Disability

Absolutely recommend Hanley disability !!!!! They were very kind, compassionate and thorough!!

We met with Laura today for our initial consultation after being denied previously for SSI disability. She made my wife and I feel right at home and answered all our questions without any hesitation. She was very professional and super nice. She has been doing this line of work since 1987 and it is clear that she truly cares about you. She even told us that there are numerous times that she doesn’t make anything off of some of the clients but yet she still cares tremendously about people and keeps helping them get their benefits. No matter what happens with my case I know Laura cares about me and my health. I would recommend her if you are seeking a disability advocate, this is all she does and it shows!

Today was our first meeting with Laura. I went in a little hesitant because of some of the other reviews. I learned right away that those bad reviews are so way off. She was so nice, listened and was realistic. She was serious when she needed to be but was pretty funny other times. I am so glad that another lawyer suggested we meet with her. She seems dedicated and really wants to win all of her cases, and for me that means a lot. She has been doing this since 1987 so I think she knows what she is talking about. I look forward to working with her and her team!

They don't fight very hard and don't do very good at getting information.

I had a rough time getting any kind of disability or ssi but, I hired Hanley and they got it done for me! So appreciative! Give them a call!!

Working with Macy was amazing. She was always kind, understanding & helpful. The down side is the owner, Laura. I have never been treated worse by a so called professional in my life. She’s condescending, rude, thoughtless & tactless. She has no professionalism. I hope that Macy moves on to bigger & better things.

My name is Terrell I only talked to Hanley Disability about my case and disclosed my situation to them they claimed that I signed a form with them as my attorney but did no work at all how is it if I had them as my attorney that I filed and did my own appeal and won so why are they trying to bill me 2700 dollars and I was successful with getting benefits myself they are a scam don't let them do any work or nothing at all for you I don't advise anyone to get Laura Kathleen Siener as attorney biggest Scam Ever if u don't believe me I can show proof with me doing own appeal

Called Thursday Noone even returned my call. I would highly recommend not using this firm. I can't imagine choosing them and having them so slow to react.

Karen was my attorney and she told me don't worry and I can't lie I've been worried but she is awesome and I actually got my disability it took a while but I'm very pleased with the outcome I will recommend them to anybody

Social Security is all they do.If you need help getting your disability look nowhere else with Hanley there’s a guarantee. I first saw there commercial then my bus aide told me about his experience with them my first day there she showed me his picture and took mines when I tell you I loved my experience with them I loved my experience with them I got turned down twice then had my court interview over the phone and I was prepped on everything nothing hidden she gave me the confidence I needed and the patience I desired. I give them a 5 out of 5 experience Hanley wins

Called to get some advice about disability. Laura was so rude to us on the phone, she would not listen to me and kept pushing phone buttons in the middle of me speaking to her. I would expect more empathy from a professional office. I would never use them for any professional service, including cleaning toilets. To your response, you cannot explain away your employees' rudeness. This was not a bad connection, we could hear her perfectly fine and knew exactly what she was doing. Just by how quickly she used this method of disrespect, this was not her first time.

Had to get a new lawyer bc they advised me to let my case run out and reapply. If I had filed an appeal I would probably already have my disability. Smh they said "after you get denied again then come back and we will take your case again" no thanks. You should have just done the appeal. And the lawyer I have now has filed for both SSI and ssdi on my behalf. They would not do that for me here either. Wasted my time with these people.
