I put in touch with Anthony Franzetti (senior counsel) in the hopes that he could answer some questions for me -- and he could not have been more helpful! It was basically a cold call and totally pro bono, but he took the time answer my questions at length, give me a encyclopedic amount of advice and recommendations, and walk me through every step of the process (we were on the phone for nearly 45 minutes). At the end of everything, he even told me to save his number in case any other questions come up. If this is how he handles cold callers, I can only imagine the attention and truly superior level of care he must give to all of his actual cases.
