This firm is a joke. I hired them for my SSDI appeal. The only time I went to to the office was to sign paperwork so they could get paid if I won my case. I NEVER got to see my lawyer before the hearing. Then two days before my hearing I get a call from a different lawyer they assigned to me without notice. He basically spent five minutes on the phone with me and didn’t discuss anything I should expect at the hearing. He stated that it works “better” If we don’t sound like we rehearsed anything. But he wanted me to show up an hour early for my hearing, so we could go over what we would say. Well, the case before mine ran over an hour past the time mine was supposed to start. So here comes the lawyer, my first time meeting him, and he says sorry it went late, we won’t have time to talk beforehand. I’m literally meeting him as we’re going into the courtroom. He wasn’t prepared. He had ZERO knowledge about my medical issues and history. I would have done better representing myself but how would I have anticipated complete failure on my lawyer’s part? That was my last appeal and then my work credits expired and they basically shrugged it off. So I’m begging you, if you are truly disabled and unable to work... find another firm. I felt like I was treated as LESS than a number. Don’t be fooled by these fake reviews. RUN!!!! Not going to give you my real name. My experience happened about three years ago. I was explaining what happened with my case to someone recently. They suggested I leave reviews and let people know. So that’s what I’m doing. There’s no time limit for letting people know about your firm. It’s too late for me to do anything with my SSDI. I will just leave my honest review. I wouldn’t want your help if you offered it for free. So... no thanks.
