Peter and his secretary were both absolutely wonderful. I was at literal rock bottom and I saw no way out, from beginning to end they made the entire process MUCH less scary and incredibly smooth. I contacted Kim and Peter in May 2023 to see if they could assist my husband and I with filing for a bankruptcy. We originally contacted someone in Des Moines, who instead of helping us sent us to another lawyer at a different firm which we found strange. Kim and Peter have been nothing but supportive, communicative, and most of all never judged us. Both are very knowledgeable and they made sure we understood the procedures, during all of this, they were going through a flooding that had happened in their building. This unfortunate event happened the week that I contacted Kim, and let me just say that never stopped them from keeping in communication with us and proceeding with our bankruptcy . I don't know how they do it especially, going through a flood, moving buildings and dealing with everything in the wake of a flood, but they did it and I would use them again in a heartbeat.
