Haque Legal PLC is a Scam 💯 the review are not real and the picture is used as a Professional business look to get more clients more money. This is not a law firm, but a 100% scam believe me or not. They have 15 different Reception some work from home. I have paid Haque Legal PLC $4,560 in Debit card payment & $500 Zell payment, 9month I have not spoken with any Immigration Attorney at this so called Law office and I can prove it! I hope someone can learn from my experience Michigan police need to look in to this matter they have a Scam on google pretending to be a law firm. If they have time to reply to this review but they don't have time for a lawyer to speak with you even reply to his clients that would be a blessing. This is a on line business. If you don't believe me call them and they will scheduled you & you will be next victim trust me. This is true I'm not kidding this a scam Legal PLC 100%

They did an I-130 petition for my wife. The petition was rejected twice. The first time, there was an invalid payment amount sent. The second time, there was an invalid signature in the signature field. The signature needed to be in handwriting. Im assuming google reviews is the only way to get their attention. I wouldn’t recommend them for immigration cases. And today 10/18/23, they told me that I won’t be receiving a refund. There’s some sketchy business going on here. Don’t waste your money or time. Most of the good reviews seem to be fake/paid for. I’m a local guide and will tell you the truth about each place I do business with. Update: I resubmitted everything on my own because of the negligence at this firm. My wife now has a green card on the way.

Do NOT hire Mr. Haque. When your freedom is on the line, you need a lawyer who actually cares, and I did not get that here. In my experience, the only thing that seemed to matter was getting paid, not helping with my case. In the beginning he will make it seem like he cares, but he only cares about receiving the payment. I felt ignored, unprepared, and completely on my own when I needed real legal support. It felt like my situation was just another payment instead of a person needing help. If you’re in a serious situation, find a lawyer who will actually fight for you, because I did not feel that here and am now in a worse position then I started in. Most of his good reviews are obviously fake, he will tell you a crazy price and after make it seem like he is working w you to make it a lot lower.. I honestly wouldn’t have him speak for me in court even if he was free, he will 100% put you in a worse position you started off with ..regret is a horrible feeling.

I would strongly recommend not hiring this lawyer. At first, he makes a lot of promises and gives you hope, but once the payment is made, the communication drops off and the effort seems to disappear too. Instead of feeling supported, I felt like I was left to deal with everything on my own. This is someone who should be fighting for their clients, but in my experience it felt like my case wasn’t a priority at all. I walked in expecting help and left feeling like I was in a worse position than when I started. When your freedom and future are on the line, you need someone who truly cares, and that was not my experience here. Save yourself the stress and look for representation that will actually stand by you and put in the work.

Hiring Mr. Haque to represent a family member of mine was one of the biggest mistakes I’ve ever made. After I paid him, communication became a nightmare. It was extremely difficult to get ahold of him, responses were delayed or nonexistent, and I constantly felt like my case was not a priority. At first, he quoted an unusually high price, then suddenly “worked with me” on the cost. Looking back, that should have been a red flag. What felt like flexibility at the time now feels more like a tactic to secure payment rather than provide real legal help. Instead of improving my situation, my case became more complicated and worse under his representation. I ultimately had to hire another lawyer just to deal with the mess that was left behind. I felt like I was digging myself out of a deeper hole rather than making progress. Based on my experience, he came across as unprepared and lacking the knowledge and experience needed to properly handle my case. Conversations often felt generic and surface level, almost as if I was getting scripted responses rather than real legal strategy. I was genuinely surprised by how unprofessional the entire process was. After going through this, I now question how some of the positive reviews were earned, because my experience was the complete opposite. I’m sharing this so others don’t go through what I did, paying a lot of money, losing lots of time, and then having to hire another lawyer to fix the damage. If you’re considering Mr. Haque, I strongly recommend doing thorough research and proceeding with EXTREME caution, he will make your situation far worse. Seeing him in the court room honestly left me speechless.

I deeply regret hiring this attorney. What I experienced was shocking, frustrating, and completely unprofessional, and it made my situation significantly worse. Here is my honest review/ experience. At the very beginning, I was encouraged to leave a positive review and was given a $25 gift card before any legal services were actually provided. I gave the benefit of the doubt at the time. After seeing how my case was handled, I realized that early review did not reflect reality at all, and I changed it to be honest. When it mattered most, in court there was virtually no advocacy. I hired a lawyer to speak for me, defend me, and fight my case. Instead, I was forced to do nearly all the talking while my attorney remained passive and silent. I have never seen a situation where a client is left to represent themselves while their lawyer sits there doing nothing. There was no preparation, no urgency, and no real effort. Once payment was secured, the level of commitment appeared to completely drop off. The situation became so bad that I had to fire him, and the judge allowed me to terminate him and seek new counsel. However, because of how poorly my case was handled up to that point, the judge still kept me in jail for months while I tried to find another attorney. Anyone who has been in that position knows how incredibly difficult it is to secure legal representation from inside. That delay and hardship were a direct result of trusting the wrong lawyer, and it made my case far worse than it ever should have been. This experience had real, serious consequences on my freedom and my life. If you read the reviews carefully, a clear pattern emerges. The negative reviews are detailed, consistent, and supported by other people. Those reflect real experiences. The overly positive reviews do not align with what I personally went through. In my opinion, this was not real legal representation. It felt like someone going through the motions faking competence rather than actually fighting for their client. Don’t make the same mistake I did. Think very carefully before trusting this attorney with something as serious as your future. he is more of a businessman/scammer than a lawyer.
