I can't recommend this firm highly enough! Seth is not only extremely knowledgeable and competent, but also very compassionate as well. He also makes sure that everything is very clearly understood. He helped my late mother with her estate and is helping me as well personally. We also had a great experience with Matt as well. The front desk is always pleasant both on the phone and in person. Seth Marmor was my Dad's lawyer for 30 yrs. He joined this practice and the family is quite pleased. They have been there when we needed them when Dad passed and will now be my lawyers.

I do not recommend Cliff Hark. We used him in a guardianship case and had unbelievable bills from him. Some of these were double billing, false claims of reviewing the files, correcting his own errors and more. In addition, his final statement contained more double billing, used an old bank statement(higher amount) for account information and, on top of that, used an investment account twice (once alone and once embedded in another account. All of this was to increase the money so his percentage would be higher. Mr. Hark was involved with the crooked judge, (Judge Colin) who also took advantage of many guardianship clients. Don't just walk away.....RUN!
