Harmon Law Office

my experience with Emile Harmon was a great one. My brother used him for his family case, and although there was violence involed in the home, Mr. Emile Harmon was able to get my brother 50/50 with no child support. He was very attentive to our concerns and was always on time.

Absolute nightmare for anyone looking for help. This man is known around the valley for being suspended by the American Bar Association for his poor conduct and lack of response and follow up. I even heard a story about him always being late and not respecting anyone's time. Im sure most of you know what Im talking about that have wasted their money here. So I learned he charges a crazy low amount as a retainer fee, just to get some money, then does all he can to settle it in court rather than outside of court. All I wanted was a child custody modification and this guy did not read any of my emails, failed to talk to me about any type of plan, and then tried to get me to go to court. Luckily I was told by 2 different lawyers who he was and they even said "let me guess, he charged you $1800 just to hire him, and then said you need to go to court" and I said " Yes exactly" . How is Harmon Law still allowed to do this? I feel bad for the honest lawyers out there that are actually trying to help people. I wish I could load screenshots here because it would blow your mind how horrible the email chain was. I seriously think they just sit around and smoke all day. They (Nicole and Emile) both sound slow , like they are confused all the time and are slow to do anything at all . Super weird

Worst attorney ever. Misrepresented my custody case, not showing over clear evidence and never kept me informed. Would NEVER recommend.

The circumstances I met Emile were tough for me, but honestly he’s only had my case for 3 weeks and he has done SO MUCH. Seriously he is the best around town. Communicative, professional, understanding, knowledgeable, explanatory, and willing to put up a fight. My life has been a breeze since hiring him and I’m telling you if you need a lawyer Go.See.Him!!!!! He was quick, he has been responsive, and just such a go getter. He is within reason and doesn’t give you false expectations, he tells you what he knows and ensures he will fight for you, but ultimately the judge makes decisions. I am so happy I chose Harmon law.
