Customer service sucks, front desk sucks, calls are never returned, lawyers never respond!

Few professionals. They don't provide any information about your case unless you call them, and when they say they'll call you back to speak with a lawyer, they never do. I've been dealing with this for 16 months, and these people told me they would resolve everything in 4 months, or 8 months if something went wrong, but they just sell false stories. I absolutely do not recommend them due to their lack of professionalism!

i have nothing but great things to say about these people. i had a issue with my check and mr. harrington himself came to the bank personally and got me my money

Because it is a waiting game I knew I was annoying them every time I called but they always sound happy to hear from me and just made my experience comfortable. So thank you guys. 🙏🏽😎

This office is the best! I highly recommend this firm, Dan is very informative, his office staff are amazing, they have won really good settlements for me, Dan responds to emails and text to keep his clients in the loop of everything going on with the case

Poor service Poor service Poor customer these people don't like to return phones calls the telephone person tells me to go an get my paperwork for the Chiropractor poor communication they didn't inform me about my case unless I call them SHAME an you guys SHAME one of the guys tell me he doesn't want to B****ing about I question I ask about how much they charge.

Scam Artist that’ll misplace paperwork and drag you along with no information ever

Don’t attempt to hire these folks to represent you for a car accident claim. Atty. Sue Harrington had my case for over 20months during that time she pretty much sat on my case and never return calls or inform me of important dates I had to keep. I received a letter from my car insurance company requesting a EUO (Examination Under Oath)I text her and informed her about the EUO. She told me I should have never received an EUO told me she would take care of it. That was in October 2017. The EUO was to be completed by Jan 28, 2018. Of course I knew nothing about this scheduled EUO. Still trying to get in touch with Atty Harrington I became frustrated. I then decided to get a copy of my file and seek another lawyer it’s not till I spoke to another Atty that informed me that my medical bills will not get paid due to the fact I failed to comply with the EUO. Not cool at all. Definitely grounds to report her to the Massachusetts Bar Association!
