Same price, excellent work, none of the games described below. _______________________________________________________ Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this firm. I guess they have 5 stars from turning down cases they think they cannot win, while stringing you along. I would give them 1 star based on wasting my time and their questionable business ethics. I interacted primarily with a representative named Caleb, who signed his emails as a “Senior Consultant.” Over several months, I received detailed guidance about my case strategy, and I was repeatedly told my case appeared strong and that I could proceed on my own without formally retaining the firm. I relied on those assurances. After I received a denial, I immediately asked to hire the firm for reconsideration. My request was declined and then I was ghosted when I needed help the most. The result was a stressful experience: extensive guidance up front, being told my case was strong, followed by no representation when I needed it. I question the ethics of this practice. Prospective clients may wish to get clear, written answers early about who will be providing legal services, whether nonlawyer staff are giving individualized guidance, and whether the firm will actually undertake representation if a denial occurs should you decide to initially proceed on your own. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this firm.

Got my disability 1st time around. Anna was very good and she was very pleasant. When we got the paperwork submitted, the federal workers were getting fired, etc. We had a rough and stressful start but everything worked out. Thank you Anna and Harris Federal Law Firm! Will recommend your firm!

They are affordable!!! they offered a payment plan that was extremely reasonable. I highly recommend Harris Federal Law firm!

Easy to work with and got the Disability! It took a couple of trys, I got rejected at first, and then approved upon appealing the decision. I am glad I selected them. They really do come through with the 99% approval rate. Good place! I would definitely recommend it.

Very responsive when they are trying to bring you on board. Once they were paid then not so much. Also they were not forthright in the tactics they use which do not apply to my situation. I will update as to whether they make it right or not.

This review is long over due.(2021) Rose Still was my case manager. She was great with her communication and prompt with submission of papers. I was initially denied but after my doctor updated his letter I was approved. I recommend this firm to my good friend and he was approved as well. I recommend this agency if you’re looking for assistance for retirement help.
