If you want your estate to take almost two years (22 months to be exact) to close, with many ignored phone calls, emails & messages, this is the place for you. A small estate of $93k total took Lindsay Harris almost two years to close, and I’m afraid we’d still be waiting if I didn’t have to take drastic measures to ensure it was completed. So relieved to put this behind me. Losing your mother is hard enough without all of this nonsense. It also took her 9-10 months to reimburse funeral expenses when she promised it would be “immediate”. So just make sure your heirs are prepared for that as well.

A VM was left for me, of which I was unaware, to advise that Ms. Harris could not be in attendance at our 3pm meeting as I was attached to my phone most of the AM attending to my business. One would think that if the appointment needed to be rescheduled, more than one mode of messaging would have been used. Neither a text nor an email was sent notifying me of the necessity to cancel. So when I arrived at Ms Harris' office, I was apprised of the situation with an "I called you and left a message" explanation. Along with an "Why are you here?" attitude and without an apology for making the trip needlessly. It was like, we told you when you wouldn't answer your call, so it's on you that you came out in the rain and wasted an hour of your time. Too bad, so sad. Not rescheduling! I will dissuade my sphere of influence not to use her services. Lots of online will and trust software and plenty of available advice to work through a simple estate...and for less than $250. Ms Harris' staff lost my business with her dismissive and flippant disposition.

Lindsay is very knowledgeable in her field. She is very professional and wants to make sure her clients are taken care of. She sets you up for success for future events that might not be planned. I would highly recommend her.
