Office not knowledgeable as well as lack of knowledge for claims

Carmen was very informative and considerate of what myself and my family are dealing with. This firm is amazing!

Offensive and inaccurate blame. I was blamed for failures in my medical care that were entirely outside my control. The firm questioned why I did not independently correct provider and referral failures, reflecting a deeply flawed and inappropriate understanding of how patients navigate healthcare. This approach was unprofessional and unacceptable.

Most unprofessional group of lawyers I have ever seen in my entire life. Do NOT trust this place.
