My husband has paid for representation from Mr.Harshman and when the day came for him to show up he never did. This has forced us to find new representation, and now that we are requesting a refund from Mr.harshman because we were unhappy about the service, we have not received any response regarding the matter.

Very horrible, unprofessional service! I called to schedule a free consultation with an attorney (the lady that answers the phone is very rude). Anyways, I spend 15-20 mins with her cause she has to ask 50 questions about your case when you’re about to tell the attorney the same things. I get scheduled with attorney Aaron for the following week. Surprisingly I never got the consultation call that day when he was scheduled to call me. I sent him an email and never heard back. I called today (a week later) told the same lady I never got the call, she tells me he’s out of the office. I proceed to ask why didn’t anyone tell me or call to cancel it, etc? That would be the right and PROFESSIONAL thing to do. She starts to raise her voice and says I can reschedule you blah blah, I told her no I’m not rescheduling, I’ll look elsewhere for an attorney. Call was ended. Very very rude lady/front desk, whoever she is.

Aaron and Rachelle helped me quickly file a protective order the day after Christmas. Not every lawyer would have jumped so quickly and gone out of their way to get it done. They have really secure systems and and a great team.

I really wish I could rate 0 stars for this company, so I’ve have been going through a custody case for over a year now, around 7 months into the case before the final hearing I decided to hire an attorney because of a bunch of nonsense going on with my child’s father and him having a attorney himself, well I won the first hearing for emergency custody by myself but then slightly lost in contempt court since my child’s father failed to get his daughter for Easter but I was somehow found responsible for that, I then hire Rachelle and her team, they told me for the rest of the case final hearing, our sessions before and after will cost $2500 I pay my down payment, and pay two payments (a month goes by) and still yet to hear from them, have a meeting or talk about my case. I reach out and schedule appointments and would get pushed back or my calls would never get answered or I’d leave voicemails and they wouldn’t return them, same with the client portal, I’d contact then through email and text and NOTHING. They don’t care about what’s in the best interest for the child nor you! All they care about is their money and getting paid. They rush things and manipulate you to agree so that you don’t have to go to court And then a couple months after things aren’t going as planned they just randomly drop you as a client and you’re still expected to pay. NOT a single thing was done for my child or for me. No support, no nothing! This law firm is a JOKE! I stand by that with my entire soul. Listen to the reviews, I failed and wish I wouldn’t have. P.s my attorney also knew my child’s fathers attorney (personally) outside and inside the workforce…

Unresponsive and incoherent. Takes weeks to respond to basic questions, and does not even fully answer. When confronted about these issues, they get defensive and indignant instead of trying to work with you to accomplish your goals. The only plus is that they seem relatively inexpensive. Paid only about $500 for a few weeks of back and forth dialogue. I guess you get what you pay for. If your legal matter is simple and not time consuming, maybe this is a good bargain pick, BUT if you need a professional expert willing to do what it takes to get your complex job done, you must absolutely look elsewhere.
