The receptionist who answered the phone did not have any of my information that I consulted with online on their website, she lied and did not put the manager on the phone, she transferred it to another representative and when that was done she wouldn’t let me talk to counsel nor a manager the two ladies demeanor was very rude and unprofessional & did not have a good response on why none of my information I gave could be found
