Do NOT go here! I started my process during covid time . I understand everything was slow. They asked me for my medical to send to immigration. They send it late and it arrived after the time asked. They never communicated with me . I ALWAYS had to reach out to them they are terrible at communicating. They did a case reopening after my case got denied due to late medical records. That did not work either. I found a lawyer that actually helped me with my case. I called to ask for a refund on some/partial part of the money and all they told me was that they would contact me and never did! Again do NOT go here! I don’t do reviews often but this is important to help people understand not to waste their time and money here.

I do not recommend it 👎 My case was not moving forward for 4 years and since it was requested by a resident when the case was requested by a citizen, I had to change to another lawyer because with Heart there was no response or progress, the money was paid in full and there was no refund of anything and with the new lawyer that I changed to in 2 years my case was fixed now we are just waiting for the appointment in Cd Juarez

Im very disappointed with these lawyers , they have been working with my families case for over 8+ years , no improvement has been done , they keep blaming the new law changes but they been working in the same case for more than 8 years and nothing has been done ! I suggest all families to please do research before they come to these lawyers. These lawyers also tried charging more money after being paid for the amount they agreed on because they haven’t done their job in the years we have been with them . It breaks my heart that we put our trust and hard working money for them to come up with an excuse every single year. DO NOT COME WITH THEM !!
