We secured the legal services of Attorney Craig Powell after our adult child's sentencing hearing was conducted in a bizarre manner, with an excessive sentence outcome. If you are facing criminal charges look no further than Hart Powell. I do not know how I got so lucky to work with them. The Public Defenders office was taking too long by some miracle of God and I was blessed to have Attorney Morgan Minter take my case. In the beginning, I was a little afraid. We didn't talk much but I didn't know of anything to ask, this was my 1st Class D Felony.
