Channing and Darla were efficient, knowledgeable and caring throughout our family ordeal. They guided us through the process and completed everything in a timely manner.

I have known Channing for many years. When my mom past away and I needed help getting paperwork filed as the executor of her estate he and Darla in his office jumped into action. My siblings were leaving after the funeral so time was tight. Darla had the paperwork done in 1 day and got us all in to the office to sign everything the day of the funeral. Very friendly and helpful legal team.

I initially phoned November 2021 and presented my case to the receptionist and requested a call back once an attorney had a chance to look at my inquiry. No one returned my call so I called again in December 2021. The receptionist told me she had forwarded my message and suggested I leave Mr hartelius a voicemail as well. And I still have not received a call back. Poor customer service to say the least and I will be reaching out to someone who actually has a desire to assist people in need.
