Richard was very patient with me when my memory for events was not always accurate. He researched my Kaiser medical records and almost knew the facts by heart. When I had to see Liberty Mutual's doctor for their exam, Richard wisely sent a nurse with me. That was wise because I surely would have let the Liberty Mutual doctor run tests that were not advantageous for me. So glad that my case is settled after three plus years. I am disappointed that Liberty Mutual was able to refuse to pay the $10,000 that the Mediator had told them to also give to me. I am glad that I chose Richard to represent me.

Regular phone & email updates of my case and a battle-plan to suit my situation. I'm especially grateful for his stepping up during those early weeks when medical bills, police reports & insurance claims all threatened to overwhelm. Gary was on top of all of it and always helped me know what to expect. Example: I happened to mention an insurance reimbursement issue I was having with my employer that was going nowhere. Gary suggested that he be the point person for dealing with them, and very shortly after that I had a check at my door. Aggressive followup with LBPD records, at-fault drivers' insurance coverage and my own medical bills -- he put a lot of time into it, all to great effect. Very happy with the result too 👍

I am very impressed with this law firm. I was in a car accident 3 years ago and I was severely injured. The previous group Kuzyk law did not look out for their clients best interest. I called this law firm and spoke to Gary Simkins. He was very honest and commutative to my situation, he was able to remove the lean from my previous lawyer, lowered my medical bills and got more money to take care of my injuries. What my previous lawyer did in 2 years only took Mr. Simkins a few weeks. He took care of me, fought for me and he was very prompt to give me information even to just let me know he was working on my case. Highly recommended
